Interview with Chairman of BOGG PLC Mel Carvill
Ameriabank and BOGG have completed the negotiations according to which Ameriabank will join this international financial group. The transaction is subject to approvals. Following the successful completion of the negotiations, the Chairman of BOGG Mel Carvill has visited Armenia.
As part of the visit, Mel Carvill gave an interview and presented BOGG, spoke of the details and the importance of the possible transaction and addressed number of questions, such as why Armenia and why Ameriabank. Mr. Carvill has also touched upon the new opportunities that will open up for Ameriabank and its customers being part of a big international financial group.
