Converse Bank: A success story – Under one roof

In 2018, A1 Group established a Business Center in Shengavit, joining under one roof companies operating in IT, marketing, accounting and other spheres.

“The building represented a rather attractive architectural solution that required reconstruction. Given the growing interest in business premises, the idea came up to reconstruct and transform the building into a Business Center, which we did in cooperation with Converse Bank. This remarkable building which we got as a result, was due to our cooperation with the bank”, – says Ashot Grigoryan, representative of A1 Group.

According to him, recently the demand for business premises has been demonstrating growth, and the company intends to establish another Business Center.

“Considering that the implementation of large-scale projects by own recourses is a rather challenging task, most companies seek to attract loans. We plan to implement the project in cooperation with Converse Bank, in view of the current programs that are successfully underway”, – says Ashot Grigoryan.
