Viva is introducing a new feature for its subscribers: 5G Internet in roaming. It is available in around 30 countries, including the most popular destinations among the Company’s subscribers, including Italy, Germany, Greece, Georgia, Montenegro, and Spain. Now, when traveling abroad, subscribers can enjoy the world’s fastest wireless technology in several countries and experience the high-speed mobile Internet without the need to change their SIM cards.

Viva offers its subscribers the “VOYAGE” Internet roaming service with a 1 or 30-days activation option. The service can be activated via the “My Viva” application or USSD code. Additionally, via the application’s online chat, our Company’s subscribers can receive full support throughout their journey. Viva values everyone’s time and aims to make the process of planning a trip as simple and convenient as possible. The application can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store.
Employees from Viva’s service center at the “Zvartnots” Airport are also ready to help you with activation of roaming.
Finally, Viva offers a few tips on how to save megabytes while roaming and avoid overpayments. To avoid unnecessary expenses, you need to prepare for your trip in advance:
- download the “My Viva” application,
- disable automatic updates and synchronization before traveling because they consume a lot of data.
- before your trip, consider what services you will use – maps, audio guides, hotel and flight booking services, currency converter, taxi – and download all the necessary applications in advance.
