Slavmed Medical Center becomes the first in the region to receive ISO 7101:2023 certification
For the first time in the region, a top-tier quality management standard for medical services has been introduced in the healthcare industry. Slavmed Medical Center has been certified in accordance with the ISO 7101:2023 Healthcare Quality Management System Requirements standard, making it the first medical center in the South Caucasus to achieve the certification.
ISO 7101:2023 is based on the principles of ISO 9001:2015 but is specifically designed for healthcare organizations, ensuring that management methods fully align with the needs of medical institutions. In addition, Slavmed successfully completed the required audit procedures and obtained certification for the globally recognized ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard, enhancing its management processes.
Slavmed is the only medical center in the region to hold both of these key international certifications, having successfully implemented both standards following the official audit in November 2024.
