IDBank’s “Shengavit” branch celebrated Customer Day, creating a special atmosphere filled with surprises for all our valued clients.
On that day, all customers at the “Shengavit” branch had the chance to participate in a draw, win idcoins, and enjoy a festive atmosphere filled with sweet surprises.
According to Seda Avagyan, IDBank’s Customer Experience Manager, the customer is always our top priority at every stage of our operations. “Every service, product, and initiative at our bank revolves around the client and their needs.
