“Viva University” turns 10: A new stage of Viva’s successful educational program begins
For ten years in a row, Viva has been providing students with opportunities for self-discovery and growth, making an important contribution to their specialization and integration into the labor market. While a university degree and qualification are necessary, they are not enough to secure a job in a specialized field. The “Viva University” program, which has been demonstrating a responsible and flexible approach for years, delivers significant benefits for the country, young professionals, and businesses.
The next stage of “Viva University” has begun. As a result of the two-month program, another group of 31 students will gain practical knowledge and skills in various service centers, including regional ones. This group too will have the opportunity to make key discoveries about the relationships within employer-employee and business-client dynamics. They will gain a clear understanding of corporate culture and explore the features and advantages of a business management model of a leading company.
The company’s General Director welcomed the participants of Viva’s educational program, encouraging them to actively engage in it.
““Viva University” offers a unique opportunity to make the most of a short period of time. Gaining the insights from nearly twenty-five years of experience in two months can be one of your greatest achievements. Strive to find answers to all your questions, be active, and absorb valuable information like a sponge. Be bold, flexible, patient, and responsible on your journey to success. You are given a wonderful opportunity, so make sure to maximize your results on the path to specialization,” said Armen Avetisian, Viva’s General Director.
The intensive courses and practical experiences planned at the service centers will help participants develop communication skills with colleagues, understand the importance of interfunctional relationships and teamwork. The program participants will be supported by the company’s experienced specialists whose expertise has been honed over years of practice.
Those selected for the next phase of “Viva University” come from 7 regions (Kotayk, Ararat, Armavir, Shirak, Tavush, Lori, Aragatsotn) and the capital. They will have the opportunity to explore and develop their skills in sales and customer service. The two-month courses are implemented by the joint efforts of Viva’s customer service and human resources departments.
Over the past ten years, 117 graduates of the program have joined Viva’s staff.
