The Court has Removed the obstacle for Team LLC to acquire VEON Armenia
On 27.08.2020 The Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction of the City of Yerevan has upheld/satisfied the solicitation of Team LLC on the elinination of the security measure of the claim applied by the decision. The court decision on cancellation of the security measure entered into force from the moment it was made. A few days ago the Court has satisfied the solicitation of the plaintiff “Ucom” CJSC to apply a measure to secure the claim, particularly, in order to secure the claim, the Court has forbidden Team LLC to enter into a transaction for the acquisition of shares of VEON Armenia CJSC and to submit the rights arising from the transaction for registration.
