
Ucom’s General Director Spoke about Personal Growth at the Armenian Businessman 2025 Event
Ucom’s General Director, Ralph Yirikian, spoke at the Armenian Businessman 2025 event, organized by the First Armenian Business School in celebration of Businessman’s Day.
During his speech, Ralph Yirikian discussed personal growth, development, and the importance of change, sharing principles of success based on his personal experience and career journey.

Being a businessman is not just about leading a successful business; a good businessman also creates value, inspires others, and leads by example. Today, we celebrate all those who not only develop their fields but also contribute to the greater well-being of society. Other speakers at the event included Ashot Hovanesian, founder of Synergy International Systems, who spoke about his journey, resilience, and the importance of perseverance, as well as businessman Bakur Melkonyan, who shared insights on the success of Armenian entrepreneurs in the international market.
In collaboration with Karapp and Corporate Library premium publishing house, the event also featured the presentation of Rob Fitzpatrick’s book “The Mom Test.” During the panel discussion dedicated to the book, insights were shared by influencer, marketing expert, and TikTok mentor Rem Darbinyan; founder of the AI incubator Kaytser, AI instructor and engineer Mariam Dilbandyan; co-founder and director of Corporate Library publishing house Areg Karapetyan; and Founding Director of the First Armenian Business School, Tsovinar Sargsyan.
It is worth mentioning that “The Mom Test” sheds light on the reasons behind ineffective communication with customers and provides practical methods to overcome these challenges.
